At Acute Investigation Services, Inc., we want all of our clients to be rest assured that the services which are provided is performed with great professionalism and quality. However, there are somethings that all customers should be aware of when requesting the services of any investigation company.

You should never use a unlicensed Investigator or Agency

Be truthful to the investigator in order to produce a thorough case, which can save you plenty of money and time

The show "Cheaters" (30 mintues) doesn't show the actual amount of investigators, hours, and time spent conducting a surveillance. Don't believe that any investigation can be completed within 30 mintues as seen on television.

Always ask questions its your money

Never take the law into your own hands

Never alert, notify, or warn any person or business that they will be served court papers. This will eliminate the element of surprise and cost you more money and time

Try to eliminate and/or keep the details of any investigation discreet and private as much as possible among friends, family members, and co-workers.
The majority of investigations can take up to one month to complete

Always be prepared for additional or unforeseen charges or fees

Make sure there's a contract for your cases

Always be available to talk to the investigator for additional information
